A:Absolutely – if our standard sizes don't work for you, we can make you a custom-sized dress without extra charge. What you will do is just click ‘Custom size for free’ above and filling out your sizes in the blank. If you wish to order the gown with custom length, please take custom made instead of standard size while placing your order. Please don't forget to leave your detailed size information on your order.
When should I expect to receive my gown?
A:We will send you an order confirmation email after receiving your payment for you to re-confirm all your order details It will take about 7-12 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker (ship in 48 hours dresses are excluded), and about 4-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination. Please refer to the arrival date above and Shipping & Delivery when planning your order.
If you have any special requirement about delivery date, please Contact Us as soon as possible thus we can better execute your order.
Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
A:There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

Beautiful dress, but a bit to small in the hips. The dress would fit, but because of the slimmer lining I can't wear it right now. I will try to work this out though, because the dress is really amazing!

I have just recieved my wedding dress on time, it fits almost perfectly from a size 8 and is exactly what is described, i love it. However, my only two complaints are the packaging and extra postal charge. My dress was crammed in to such a small ugly brown cardboard box with a tonn of cellotape around it, not as you would expect it to be from pictures on the website and definately not what you expect your beautiful wedding dress to arrive in, a real disappointment. After the shock of the box i then had the shock of UPS telling me i had an import charge of ￡93.10 to pay to recieved it, gutted is one word i could use, also embarrassed as i hadnt the money to pay so he had to come back the day after to sort it out. Our wedding is on a tight budget and i was so pleased to find the dress for such a good price in the begining, but this on top was just not what we needed or expected at all, so advice to anyone buying from abroad would be look in to this before getting stung!
