A:Absolutely – if our standard sizes don't work for you, we can make you a custom-sized dress without extra charge. What you will do is just click ‘Custom size for free’ above and filling out your sizes in the blank. If you wish to order the gown with custom length, please take custom made instead of standard size while placing your order. Please don't forget to leave your detailed size information on your order.
When should I expect to receive my gown?
A:We will send you an order confirmation email after receiving your payment for you to re-confirm all your order details It will take about 7-12 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker (ship in 48 hours dresses are excluded), and about 4-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination. Please refer to the arrival date above and Shipping & Delivery when planning your order.
If you have any special requirement about delivery date, please Contact Us as soon as possible thus we can better execute your order.
Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?
A:There might be a slight difference between the actual dress's color and what you see in the photo depending on your computer monitor's display settings.

I got this dress for my daughter. The top of the dress is beautiful! The bottom half ...I am not sold on yet. I bought a hoop ballgown petticoat for the dress but it don't seem like enough materal on the dress to make this dress look it's best. If I had known I would have gotten a diffetent petticoat.
Dresses are beautiful and very well made. Sizes were true to fit. However, we were not happy with the unknown duty fees for items coming from out of the country. These fees made very affordable dresses much more expensive.
