When should I expect to receive my gown?
A:We will send you an order confirmation email after receiving your payment for you to re-confirm all your order details It will take about 7-12 working days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker (ship in 48 hours dresses are excluded), and about 4-8 working days for the package travel from our facilities to your destination. Please refer to the arrival date above and Shipping & Delivery when planning your order.
If you have any special requirement about delivery date, please Contact Us as soon as possible thus we can better execute your order.
Will my dress exactly match the color I see on your website?

I bought this dress to my upcoming prom and the dress is amazing. The colour matched the picture (ordered blue) and fits perfectly. The built-in bra was nice so I don't have to worry about the dress slipping down during the night.
I'm very happy with dressdo.com's service and the dress was delivered fast and secure. I would definitely consider buying another dress from this site if I needed a well-sewed dress within a month.

I was in love with this dress as soon as I saw it! I bought it (in red) immediately without any lingering doubts. The good reviews/comments also helped me a great deal with my decisions. The dress also got here earlier than I expected.
My mother absolutely loved it. My boyfriend and I went there with matching outfits and we received awesome comments from my friends and almost everyone at the party. Dressdo will definitely be the first site I'd go to if I'm looking for a dress for special events.

My 17 year old daughter wore this dress in silver for her end of school ball and it was the perfect dress! The tailoring was fantastic and exactly as pictured, it fitted her like a glove and the service/wait time was exactly what had been promised. I was particularly impressed with the tracking system so we could see when the dress left, where it was and when it was going to arrive (incidentally it arrived a day earlier than schedule). I would absolutely recommend Dressdo to anybody wanting that 'special' dress in the future!

I am absolutely in love with my dress!!!! It is so beautifully made...with lining, boning, padding and a bra strap in the back so need to wear an actual bra!! I unpicked the beading in the flower and received soooo many compliments on it. I bought it to wear to a ball!! The service from dressdo is great and it arrived earlier than expected! I ordered this dress for my high school dance..........it is prettier in person then the beautiful picture.

This dress is just beautiful. I am lucky enough to personally know a seamstress who was able to adjust the seams to fit perfectly and shorten the dress to the length I wanted. I purchased this dress knowing I would have to make these alterations. BUT I am estatic with it.
